Sega’s epic Space Harrier coin-op is 40 years old! I remember being utterly transported by it whenever I encountered it in arcades. Here’s a piece in pen and ink - scanned in and colored in Photoshop - I made during Covid. I tried to capture that otherworldly feeling it gave me (for 20p!).

Making poster art inspired by videogames - that had inspired me through the years - is what got me through the pandemic.The folks at Lost in Cult inspired me to make a piece celebrating Rez in 2022, which reminded me to keep at it, but I’ve not done anything lately. So I’m committing now to do more!
