I like many of my char's designs but Kessler stands out with his charm and cybernetics, tickles all of what I like! He's also asexual like me and suffers essential tremors like me so yeah! (and there is gonna be a lot of bibs so no bib on this one) Also honorally mentioning Tirpitz!
