The Acolyte is more in conversation with the OT/ PT than anything else published since the merger, and it does so by challenging and expanding on the core moral ideas of the universe and the original critiques of the Jedi in a way that nothing else has besides the High Republic novels.

Mandalorian boob armor is a non-controversy. You know what is awful though? All the lady Mandalorian’s wearing special girl helmets so you can tell they’re women. Mandalorian’s don’t even have different words for men and women so why do they have different helmets for them? It’s just so dumb.
