Here's a longer snip. It's obvious the word should be "winning." It should also be followed by a comma or an ellipsis to clarify the meaning of the sentence. Actually, that em dash should also be a comma.

So if you work to stay healthy and then your appendix ruptures or you shatter an ankle or develop some out-of-the-box cancer (like Tatiana Schlossberg) despite your due diligence, should you then be restricted on how much care you can receive? You paid in less, after all.
