D.C. has a population that is larger than that of Vermont or Wyoming.

Puerto Rico has a population larger than that of 20 of the 50 states.

They're both denied statehood, not because of population, but how they might vote.

DC now operates as if it were a state with the exception of federal control over courts and is unable to call out their national guard as happened on Jan 6th when there was over an hour delay before Pence approved calling out the Gaurd. #DCStatehood

It’s clear that Gov. Newsom’s handling of the COVID pandemic was superior to what was done by Texas’ Gov. Abbott and Florida’s DeSantis. That is why we did not recall him and replace him with someone who would bring us those states failed Covid and anti-women policies

I had to research this myself. Not surprisingly, the top 1% in Texas pay less than California, but the bottom 20% pay higher taxes, 13% TX and 10.5% CA. The middle 60%. 8.9% in CA vs 9.7% in Texas. Here’s one of many articles with data. www.chron.com/news/houston...

Cameron Tillman was shot and killed by a police officer while hanging out with his friends in an abandoned house with the owner's consent. He was alive for at least 45 minutes. The officers offered no medical assistance. #BlackLivesMatter
