I always find that to be so incredible. Literally every American gets some assistance from the govt. Whether that’s food stamps or a tax break on your mortgage or 401k.

As the only liberal in a family of republicans, it’s not so much that they actively supported it, so much as they ignored it so they could have lower taxes. And it was completely infuriating.
