I went to K-12 school in a very conservative rural area, my graduating class was 65 people, the quality of education was overall not great, and this legitimately reads like something my classmates would have written (and I would have shredded in the follow up debate 😇) in HS circa 2005

I can only imagine, especially with the “downtime” arc immediately after?! One of the times I’m glad I’m not caught up bc I woulda been STRESSED 😂 (thought I sent this reply many days ago and apparently forgot to hit the button oops)

(I did cheat and look ahead to figure out whether or not the [redacted] does actually [redacted] because boy howdy if it was going to turn into that kind of story I needed to be prepared to listen to it, especially with *waves hand at news* but even so the episode really got me)
