Baby Steeb who gets lost in the park and latches onto Wayne Munson and won't let go because he's scared so Wayne has to carry him around while he tries to wrangle Eddie in and look for Steve's parents. Only to then be in a stand off with Steve's Dad when Steve won't let go of him.
