The Sixth Sense (1999)

A classic and absolutely M. Night Shyamalan’s best flick. A story about a boy that can speak with the dead and a man trying to help him while also trying to get close to his wife again. Not gonna spoil any twists but y’all should watch it.

Tower of Terror (1997)

For being a TV movie and being the first movie based off of a Disney ride, i think they nailed it! The story was really fun with a few moments that had be a little confused at times but besides that, I think it’s great! Very classic

Monster House (2006)

An oddly sweet and ridiculously fun movie with a great cast. The writing is rad and it has some really believable kid characters, especially compared to nowadays. A definite must-watch for the season

Death Becomes Her (1992)

A really goofy and fun slapstick dark comedy. The special effects and CG have aged really well and the acting helps it feel a lot more believable. A fantastic movie and a great recommendation.

Haunted Mansion (2023)

this is the worst of the 3 movies tbh. It’s so boring and the main driving plot of the story is meh. I do think the ghosts following the people who leave and haunting them is a very fun nod to the ride but besides that, meh.

Muppets Haunted Mansion (2021)

Out of the 3 movies based off the ride, this is absolutely the best of them. A fun ride with great songs and a lot of references to the actual ride itself without having to reference the Gracey lineage for much. It’s a great time and a high recommendation

To start off my Halloween Film Marathon

Haunted Mansion (2003)

It’s a pretty mediocre movie but it has it’s fun moments. Seeing Jennifer Tilly as Madame Leota was a fun sight to see and some of the writing was fun. The CG is a bit dated but still holds up
