33-year-old LEGO fan, cartoon enthusiast, and autistic trans lesbian (she/her). I love my wife and our two kitty cats!
They had one back in the early 2000s! It wasn’t particularly GOOD (early 2000s set design standards were often pretty dire), but it existed!

They tested a buncha designs including ones much closer to traditional minifigs, and this is apparently the one that girls liked best. It honestly has some real advantages (characters with full gowns can actually sit, can turn their heads even with long hair, can sit side-by-side without gaps, etc).

SILLY CREATURE!

I myself feel crazy lucky that I got two kitties who actually enjoy tummy rubs, but I always remember if I try that with an unfamiliar cat I may be tempting fate…

Yep! In multiple sizes, even! The arctic ship i mentioned uses two different large hull pieces back-to-back.

The smaller dinghy pieces also float on water. Easiest way to tell is they have to put a "Boat Does Not Float" disclaimer on the box for sets that don't use a floating hull.

I picked up my preordered copy at my local indie bookstore on Tuesday and finished reading it yesterday! So exciting and heartfelt a story! I love these characters so so much. 💕💖💕 And their world feels bigger and more fascinating than ever!

Do graphic novels count? If so, here are several I enjoyed. Not all are horror or romance per se but all include at least one sapphic main character as well as ghosts and other spooky supernatural elements.
