i remember being spooked by the foreshadowing to robopup in nintendogs + cats too, iirc you'd sometimes find miis talking about hearing a "weird mechanical sound" but they didn't elaborate further, i really loved that feeling though especially when i figured out what it meant

i try so hard to make my games fun, but i won't have a future if i can't earn a living. roblox is basically my job, and youtube only gets me at most £2 in a day if i get lucky.
please go easier on me. i already overwork myself to the point of burnout even without this harassment, it needs to stop.

i don't think many people realise i mostly solo develop my games. i do sometimes get asset contributions but for the most part it's all my own work.
there are people abusing the feedback feature to harass me anonymously, assuming i'm some huge corporation and attacking me for monetising stuff

how do i escape the mindset of "if it's not better, it's bad" because oooooofff sometimes im making music that could be good if i just let myself be happy with it but because it's a little less full than a previous song or something minor feels off i immediately think "oh this sucks actually"

like, not everything has to be open world!! it just feels more like they're flexing the consoles "power" (which is low btw) than trying to make a game that's consistently giving you fun stuff to do as you play it. I wish they'd prioritise gameplay more like they used to instead of graphics

i just want to see more linear games from them, making it open world means they cant make a bunch of obstacles you even have to play through, the reason i prefer galaxy over odyssey is it has ACTUAL level design and doesnt rely on players going "oh, slightly interesting thing, imma go there now"
