No human reviewed my claim denial, which is alarming considering the well-documented rates of AI hallucination in medical applications.

Exact rates depend on the model and the application, but many are in the double digits. A human found mine in <5 min.

Happy 1st bday @51st.news! Great party with local artists and bakers and cocktails at KBird - a lovely way to reconnect with so many of you in person after all these years and meet new folks 🥰

I don't think you understand how much I love this city. Shakers welcomed my friend with her rollator, and @930club.bsky.social escorted us to our ADA accessible chairs tonight to see @kingfishrofficial.bsky.social and even labeled the chairs to ensure we could enjoy the show.

DC forever & always.

Why are there just thousands of lantern flies all over K Street NW near the Farragust West Metro station. I'm here all the time and have never seen so many!

Just returned from a trip to Ireland, NI, and UK and was really moved by the pro-palestinian support everywhere.

Shout out to @730dc.bsky.social for featuring my latest story today @wcp.bsky.social about chronic trash and flooding in one DC neighborhood - plus my essay for 730DC last year on the Kennedy Center rainbow lights! buff.ly/N76d3hH

Thanks @730dc.bsky.social for sharing my latest story @wcp.bsky.social about staft abuse of DC youth in detention.

I feel lucky to live in the District where we can keep supporting local reporting even when national news is so demanding, too, esp rn.

Thank you @730dc.bsky.social for sharing my @wcp.bsky.social reporting on the $1.2 million budget cuts Trump is forcing on DC public libraries by ending the federal agency IMLS.

Today, those federal workers expect to be fired.

The kicker? This executive order affects libraries nationwide, so activists are urging Americans to contact their voting reps in Congress to overturn the order.

But in DC - where we are some of the hardest hit - we ofc have no voting rep on the Hill 🫠

As a criminal law nerd, it's interesting to see Luigi raising awareness in a big way about jail life details. For ex: this pic being shared on Reddit of his handmade database tracking which letters sent to him actually arrived and how some got damaged by the "photocopy gauntlet."

Migrating this over from Twitter: @merylkornfield.bsky.social was doing a great job covering VA Rep. Vindmaoff townhall tonight & noted a member of the public requested support for a dementia caregivers bill. That bill is a great example of uncertainties at HHS rn & worth discussing in a lil' 🧵.

Hi! Mainstream media here at the Capitol today @wcp.bsky.social with @corbie.bsky.social covering the @50501movement.bsky.social protests. We're looking to talk to local DC residents, come say hi!

Happy to report that I'm packing a lil go-bag to go out and cover the @50501movement.bsky.social protest in DC tomorrow for @wcp.bsky.social. Come say hi!

Excited to test out the new Profi anti-Covid nasal spray and BreatheTeq KN95 mask combo.

All I want for my bday next month is a "Step Back, Doors Closing" @wmata.com welcome mat for my front door. We have a mug in the Metro store with it, can we have welcome mats?

Going through some old magazines and newspapers today and had to give a big sigh when I found this 2022 print edition of the Psot Magazine (RIP).
