Yep, those noodles got quite a bit of fat in them. Hope you're stomach's holding up after that.

I'd replace the pads as long as they're comfy, easy to clean, and not a pain to switch them out. Not sure if there would be any authentic bose replacement parts, but maybe there are some decent 3rd party pads since it's for a well known brand.

Highlights were Spinach Madeline, ham, cornbread dressing, and roasted Brussels sprouts with an orange sauce. Everyone seemed to liked the pomegranite syrup, cranberry sauce, and bread pudding I brought. Pretty good day!

Wish it wasn't so stringy when taking a big bite. Great crunch and flavor though.

Yeah, there's viscosity, but how it's measured is beyond me atm.
