Accomplices are better than allies

I am just a drawing of a cat standing on its hind legs sort of leaning forward

But if I were real and not a cat drawing, then once I had a paper route, did a few temp jobs, and sold CDs & cassette tapes in a retail shop
It's been over 400 years of such like

The crappiness is appropriate, if not a perfect fusion of form and content

I agree with: "Kamala Harris would probably have been elected president if she had less time, not more, and she was and remains an obdurately bad politician with very little vision—only an abiding and deeply petulant sense that she deserved the presidency no matter what."

With a pick, that's just jolly well posh innit

I suspect you had a claim that title insurance doesn't cover but you wanted it to
November 12, 2025 at 5:17 PM
My experience comes from a conveyancing practice. Title search works as advertised every time. They can afford this because most title insureds never make a claim, and the cost of insurance is a pittance within the cost of the purchase transaction.

What claims were denied in your experience?
November 12, 2025 at 5:14 PM
In my experience, title insurance provides absolutely full coverage in those rare instances where it is required, completely unlike pet insurance. The risk profiles of the two are really not comparable in the least

If you can fuse the prongs of the dilemma into an elegant design solution, however, it will result in a work of art
