After talking, and finding out he'd already done covers for other bands, it was an easy ask.

We sent him off a list of what we sort of wanted (8 jars each representing one of the 8 tracks) and he got to work, not only doing as asked but adding idea after idea into the mix, always improving things.

especially leaning into a sort of wood carving style shading that looks amazing zoomed out and amazing in a completely different way when zoomed in. It all leans into the folksy timelessness, a modern nostalgia AND cute whimsy all at once. Fucking brilliant.

We initially had a few ideas floating around for what we wanted, ranging from some flying whales, to a crusty old rag and bone man, to finally landing on creepy shelves of a creepy lab housing creepy creatures in jars.
