I just had to follow you! I love that you collect rainwater. We have 3 rain barrels in our yard & use drip irrigation too. We’ve let our lawn go “native” with yarrow, gorgeous thistles the bees go crazy for and clover. Our area is not quite desert but is very hot in summer.

I assumed you meant a deck that one sits on to enjoy the outdoors with lawn furniture, hanging baskets of flowers- you know, a deck!

Hubby & I both born & raised in Calgary. We now live in Okanagan Falls BC #stillstanding We’ve seen a lot of BC, road trips with our daughters every year to visit family on the coast. This is our daughter & I at Bromley Rock provincial park, east of Princeton on highway 3.

Hubby & I both born & raised in Calgary. We now live in Okanagan Falls BC #stillstanding We’ve seen a lot of BC, road trips with our daughters every year to visit family on the coast. This is our daughter & I at Bromley Rock provincial park, east of Princeton on highway 3.
I was at the Hotel Werld, celebrating our daughter’s graduation,where I saw the plaque commemorating the Nazi surrendering unconditionally to General Foulkes of the Canadian Army on May 5, 1945 in Wagingen, the Netherlands. President Trump can’t rewrite history. #WW2 #Canada #theNetherlands

This is my father in law who was only 17 when he left his village in Poland to fight. Grateful to all who served, who still serve. Their sacrifices were many.

I have a vaccine passport from the late ‘60s/early ‘70s proving I had been vaxxed for small pox and polio in order for our family to travel to Europe.
