There are of course other reasons Bluesky is friendlier to more leftward thought, but most of those reasons are intrinsically linked to the problem of right wing media infrastructure.

Which I think, after some time to adjust, will work out great, because some very clever devs will think of some crazy new way to do retro game design that isn't just "this visual gives me the warm fuzzies"

They have to keep making changes to justify themselves to investors. Eventually, they make the ideal UI, then keep going. The customer isn't the primary concern.
