I just wanted you to know that it was William Hung's birthday today. You may know him as the "she bang" guy from American Idol. He seems to be living a great life, full of friends and family. Not without its struggles but a good one over all.

Progress photos are super important but only one of several metrics for tracking progress. Especially when you have been at it a few years and it gets harder to see huge difference. Between 2024 and 2025 all of my lifts have gone up in weight but I'm actually about 5 pounds lighter overall.
