After that it was time for the moo's mandatory diaper, dress and socks ... with Loupy ready to deter any fussiness. When they whined that Bandit had only been diapered Loupy said for now ... making the raccoon squirm.

Its not a secret plushie Loupy (like his real life counterpart) is no stranger to spankings (though real life Loupy more on the receiving end), and insisted on a "welcome spanking" - something I think he just made up as a reason to spank the little moo.
