It is likely that it will, after its dependencies are patched or updated. I believe all the required features for dbus are now implemented, it is just a matter of crates like libc and nix being updated to expose them.

Yes, most Linux software will be able to be recompiled for native Redox - just like on the BSDs.

We do want to be highly source compatible. Binary compatibility may be done like WSL.

The video plays well with no audio skips even with a transparent terminal on top of it. Software rendering is still the largest limitation of the Redox OS desktop, although it has been highly optimized. 2/2
