According to the regional agreement of the Paris Memorandum of Understanding (Paris MoU), vessels flying the Cameroonian flag 🇨🇲 are classified as the highest-risk.

Yesterday on VesselFinder, the vessel disappeared from tracking after circling in the water.
We then found her again on another maritime-tracking platform: MarineTraffic.
Same name, same IMO but a new flag and a new MMSI.
