Yesterday for my birthday party I made Mao's red braised pork and vegan mapo tofu with homemade chili oil for friends to all share. I don't often get the chance to cook for people so it was really wonderful being able to cook a delicious meal for the people dearest to me. Also cookie cake (my fav)
