The Sound + Music SIG is extending the deadline for the 2025 Claudia Gorbman Graduate Student Writing Award to August 15th. This award recognizes outstanding scholarship by a grad student in sound and/or music media, and the winning essay is published in Music, Sound, and the Moving Image.
