I mean... I'm making good progress on my hex-based aesthetic.

Up early on a rainy Sunday morning so I did another tweak pass on the sprite. Not making this for anything other than I miss noodling around designing character sprites. I used to spend so much of my time playing around with pushing pixels and I do miss it.

Was playing around with some sprite stacking this evening. I think it looks really cute so far.

I was thinking back to that time when my dad decided to feed the local magpies and things went Hitchcockian pretty quickly. Luckily, they're actually pretty friendly most of the time, but still, this is a lot of murderbirds in one spot.
