That email did distract me for quite a while today too!

I find the popular attitude that all tax is bad very odd when there are also many people complaining about all sorts of other things tax pays for.
I could do with a little more faith that something, anything, might improve, or at least not get worse, in the near future though.

Looking good. This is like watching an image loading via modem in the 90s.
Will the last bit load, or will somebody try and make a phone call and crash it?

How quickly do you think they get delivered?

You'd not get much of an e-cargo bikes for that much either.

There's a few bus specific timing segments around the city (and beyond, but these are just Newcastle).
I've got an archive of the GNR and Chilli Road times, but others could be taken from the Urban Observatory if you know which roads should be affected.

One thing that other apps don't seem to have is contour lines, which I find very hand when planning a cycling route!
I usually download an offline version of areas of my route to the phone app as a useful backup and clarification tool which has come in handy.

I use OS maps. I've always found them to be by far the best map experience. You can adjust the activity speed (via main settings not per activity I think).
You do have to export the route but I always plan then on a sensible machine so it's not been an issue.
Handy app too for if/when you get lost.

Sounds very similar to paying for a bus ticket, which generally cost more the further you go.

When I broke my hip I found a folding stick in a pannier worked very well, or tied to the rack for bagless trips.
I was on crutches for a while though and used some reflective Velcro ankle straps I had to lash them to my frame, which worked very well ( it was a cross bar though).

It's worth noting in the same time period there have also been:
12 collisions at Killingworth Way
10 collisions at Holystone
9 collisions at Dudley Lane
28 collisions between Silverlink and Moor Farm, not at junctions.

You can find all the data at dft.maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboa...
