Enorgaol is not a vampire, he's a snow elf who's race was merged with fey creatures. And that fey needs blood to exist. Eno eats normal food, but also needs to drink blood once a few days to "feed" his fey (in)side

It is a 3m tall humanoid-looking monster with milk-white skin (which looks more like exposed muscle fiber) and bone plates growing on it in random places. It has a long bone tail and black claws on legs and hands. At the "attack mode" sketch it has his mouth open and showing a few tentacles and a long sting pulled from the throat. It also has a pair of mosquito wings grown on it's back and looking like they're made from blood.
