I also find it annoying that being pro “kill less patients” ends up being political. Happy, non overwhelmed nurses give the best patient care. Less stress means more brain energy given to patients. This should be a good thing not a political thing.

I currently work at a non union hospital. I’ve worked at union and non union hospitals. I’m not a staunchly union or anti union person, but it seems they want it so perhaps they should get to keep it and I’m pro let’s kill patients less. And that hospital already had a bad rep with that…
