That's one of many reasons ex is an ex. I was mortified both for dropping it and for watching the family continue to eat it after it had been scraped back onto the plate in this shattered mass of jello and fruit. It started out looking like a stained glass confection and ended up looking like Slimer

Everyone goes silent. I turned and hissed, "Why did you do that?" at ex. His aunt senses I'm about to commit murder and graciously goes, "Oh it's okay! We can just scoop it up! It'll taste the same!" Scooped it off the heirloom tablecloth & back onto plate & people served themselves and ate it.

Ex-bf's first family tday. His aunt made this MASSIVE molded jello thing. I have nerve damage, can't hold heavy things, made sure ex knew to catch that plate when it was my turn so I didn't drop it. He helped & "playfully" pulled his hands away & I dropped the fucker. It exploded across the table.

Now we have an airplane seat for Smollest and I don't have to panic if we wind up having to gate check it. We also bought an Englacha Uptown Rider for Smol and confirmed it works hooked to a Doona. Smol loves his 'bike' and it's going to make travel through airports so much easier.

The garage sale find is still in perfect knick other than the dirt so I spent some quality time cleaning the cushion and canopy and then an hour simmering it with some RIT DyeMore in Royal Purple to see if it would hide the staining. I think it worked out pretty swell!

It's rated for flying but not all gate agents know that so I had a panic attack until I found the FAA sticker on it. We're about to fly with Smollest in one and I was worried we would have to gate check it and it would be destroyed and I'm emotionally attached to this damn stroller, okay?

We got our first Doona when Smol was born and it was a lifesaver. It goes from carseat to stroller with the push of a button and it saved my back (and Himself's back) from having to lift a baby bucket into and out of the car. We loved it, we flew to Boston with it and I almost had to gate-check it.
