And protecting people from a life changing and threatening virus shouldn't be one of them? Not to mention, it's a whole lot cheaper to vaccinate someone (c. £20-40) than to treat them for both the acute and chronic effects of COVID.

They've massively changed the definition of vulnerable this year. Hubby and I have been eligible until now. Despite not having a miraculous change in health status, this year we'll have to pay to top up our COVID protection.

Trying to get this for my Mum currently but her GP only offered it on 1 day as part of an event in a hall. Yeah let's shove all the vulnerable people into the same enclosed space to vaccinate them against infectious disease. What could possibly go wrong?

I had a dog develop intolerances to multiple protein types as a cancer side effect. She was on a veggie food as Soya was ok. She loved it. My dogs now are semi veggie, most of their treats are vegan and they love them. Dogs are omnivores and many really enjoy fruit and veg.

Every time I drive the local main road which is now 20, some knob in a BMW or Audi overtakes me and then I catch up to him 20 seconds later at the next red light. But they're sticking it to the man by refusing to bow down to the woke agenda so I'm sure it's worth it, really.

I've got about 30 pigeons in my aviary and each one moults differently. Some are subtle, some go bald headed like a vulture, some go early, some late, some sudden. It seems quite individual.

Agreed. Since COVID some people have real difficulty being asked to give a shit about anyone else. Or even having a polite conversation apparently. No reasoning with that sort so I'm off to walk the dogs instead!

I don't give a shit about other people's behaviour in general. I just have this weird idea that we should be considerate of each other and try not to make each other miserable or sick. What a control freak!

Regardless of health effects, it's gross. It stinks. A basic rule of life really ought to be don't inflict your gross habits on other people. We don't (usually) eat bogies and wank where it might affect others so why inflict stinky smoke on them?

Ah ok, so the government banned smoking indoors because second hand smoke has no health effects? Yeah outside is less bad but still not benign. Esp if, like me, you have an immune system disorder which means your body treats a whiff of smoke like an invading virus.

I was once putting together a work organogram and had someone have a go at me because I wouldn't include their entirely irrelevant letters in what already had to be about 8 point text as it was so busy and cramped.
