As reference though, I once cried because my first time playing X and Y I had a Fletchling, and when it fully evolved, I played with it in Pokemon Amie, and its animations were too realistic for me, and it was just, constant flinch and crying as I'm loving on my Pokemon. It was scary for me lol!!

I hate being scared of anything though so I've been giving myself exposure therapy by giving myself a hypothetical bird I take care of, so I research them and what they need in order to care best for them, and I always visit them in pet stores.
Been doing that for a decade. It's working!! ^^

Yeah! Like I like birds, but I also have a phone of them. Specifically I'm scared of birds that aren't scared of me.
I've gotten dive bombed too many times as a child playing in the streets. Got a nasty bite one time. Pooped on another file.
So now their beaks and sound of their wings scare me.
