Update on the yakisoba buldak.. it was very good! It had the sweet and smokey flavor of grilled Japanese yakisoba but also had the spicy salty flavor from the Korean buldak sauce! Definitely a great fusion! Id love to add some thinly sliced cabbage and pork belly and top it with kewpie and furakake!
