I don’t want Farage to come a cropper under these racist allegations.

I want him to be hung out to dry on his links to Russia and his girlfriend’s dodgy purchase of a house worth not far off a million.

He’s a crook as well as a racist.

I'm really pleased that the accusations against Farage are quite rightly not going away. He appears very, very rattled and deservedly so.

This is very long overdue.

Genuinely what are people like Ed West doing with their lives? Go to Wigmore Hall, go to the movies, go to Koko, go to the Vortex Jazz Club, go see an orchestra, go see the Last Dinner Party...it ought to cure you out of having this weird, unnatural reaction to your fellow citizens.
No surprise that Ed West thinks you have to be white for London to be "your city", but still shocking that the *London* Standard prints this stuff.

Lots of people were overtly racist in the 1970s and 80s is such a weird line. Ok, but not everyone saw it as permission to be racist themselves. Lots of people saw it as something that needed to be changed. It’s the latter that I admire.

You want to hear from the PM or government directly and cut out the media from the equation?

The PM has joined substack yesterday and posted up his first newsletter.

Along side it, he says "Communication is changing, and I want to be a part of that..."

Farage hopes he can breeze into power without scrutiny. But his racism, corrupt donations, shady links to Russia and MAGA… make it harder for him to hide. And his tantrum reactions to being challenged reveal him for the nasty inadequate he really is.

A new face will not boost the economy, won’t bring peace to Ukraine, won’t sort the cost of living crisis, won’t provide a magic money tree, won’t build infrastructure or revive the NHS.

Just a different face.
