Ouch! Got so excited building my new SaaS that I neglected AutoIdle - my main revenue source! Broke its blog, traffic dropped 600 → 30 views. Took 3 months to notice! 🤦 Simple monitoring would have caught this. How do you balance maintaining existing products while building new ones?

Started investigating how Claude renders React components in artifacts and managed to get it working! (Just figured it out today with help from @reidbarber.com's article about reverse engineering Claude artifacts.) Might make it open source and add sharing features... I don't know yet.

My new Sunday ritual: As an indie maker, blocking my week deliberately keeps me shipping.
For example: Prompt & AI Monday, marketing Tuesday, dev time Wed-Fri. No more random juggling - each part of building gets its dedicated time.
