The number of emdashes in that thing reads like “hey ChatGPT, I’m the President. Make me a strategy paper. Make sure that people know what strategy means. Make it good. Here are my talking points.”
And while this isn't written by a military journalist, I see the same errors across many mainstream media entities. It is devoid of responsible ownership of biases, blind spots, an awareness of how framing impacts interpretation of events, etc. That's how you keep an electorate in the dark.

Broken clocks and all. It’s also so fuckin’ silly how the only thing Trump has the capacity to process is that he’s jealous of someone else having the appearance of more power. He is so singularly unable to think about topics that don’t revolve around his performance of power.

I cannot emphasize enough how much "cost them a few pennies" is not the reason they won't do it. Even if you've made as much of your core stack as cloud-agnostic as possible, and you're effectively using just AWS hardware without their services, migrating to Azure or GCP is a massive undertaking.
