Ageism is a weird one because if all goes well you WILL get old at some point and then you will be on the receiving end of ageism. Aging is a bit like death: we all know it’s coming for us but it makes us uncomfortable so we don’t want to think about it. But as with death, we SHOULD think about it.

Started transition just before my 59th birthday;4.5 years later, I'm living a life of joy and love, I never could have imagined. And the oldest transitioner I know started at 85. It is NEVER too late

Recovered from COVID, now sitting in the departure lounge at Billy Bishop, waiting to fly to Boston and into the arms of my love, Lia for a much needed late Christmas celebration. But this departure is different, our other love Edie came and gave me the best send off. I love our relationship❤

We made stuffing, cooked a beautiful turkey, made roasted root vegetables, green beans, creamy mashed potatoes & Lia made the most luscious gravy. We love cooking together & have such fun working together in the kitchen.
