Or the data center with 2 independent power feeds. Servers with 2 supplies and then work on of the power feeds but a human turns off the wrong breaker, so no power. And of course done on a bank holiday weekend. Then they did similar a year later

Up until a couple of years ago we had internal servers that hadn't been rebooted for 3 years. Infrastructure were like machines need restarting and we're like it's Linux it's fine. We did have spinning disks that were 10+ years old and really didn't want to power them down just incase
