Stoke Ceramics Biennial. Great work, plus nostalgia for a benign boom that probably never existed (as represented) and a sort of Farageist imaginary in Stoke's mix of flags, pawn shop and what gets called gentrification + art tourists, wilfully deranged youth stopped by police, ruin and new build.
