I swear, I will never understand the logic shown by city management over who they choose to oversee traffic management or city council complacency with POLICY decisions being made by that office.

We already know the answer.... same answer why speed bumps and raised pedestrian crossings were dangerous until they weren't. Same reason why dilliniator sticks aren't going up at dangerous left turns (often into Starbucks) despite effectively being used.

Imagine a major landmark like City of Faith tower (whatever it's called now!) not being on the board, but it does include a nightclub most people have never heard of and hospitals with big branding logos shown.
