20 years ago today was one of the most important days of my life: the first time my college anti-war group kicked the military recruiters off our campus.

In college I took a World History of the 1960s class whose thesis was the future the '60s promised — that Aquarian utopia — still exists, but that "you have to dig to dig it."
I wonder if the professor still believes that. Or if I do, for that matter.

Gambit's shameful role in the Mutant Massacre we later found out wasn't just recruiting the Marauders but also he badly fucked up Scrambler's direct deposit form and it took that dude like 6 weeks to get his paycheck.
You know the Marauders, from the X-Men? Did they get steady paychecks for that? Or was it more of a loose association like a bowling league?
