Two-Mile brisk morning walk. Honoring all the veteran’s in my life. They’ve suffered mental and physical challenges and deserve lots of love, care and respect. One day, our country will have leaders in office who will do the right thing for our veterans and all of our citizens! Rise up and be WOKE!

My peace and solace. Two miles of paddle board sprint on the bay to take me away from this crazy world we now live in for atleast 40 minutes.
