Welfare ‘burden’ is mostly pensions from an aging population. And we’re trying to stop immigrant taxpayers.

Yes there are people on benefits who take the piss. But they’re the minority and they will still do it. Most are genuine.

At 60, I’ve learnt so much stuff by being endlessly fascinated. I’m a generalist stuff person rather than an expert on any one area. That has always suited my job roles.

I went to a work masterclass by a professor with a business years ago. He was more interested in ability to learn than highly educated for his recruits.

Oh blimey. I’m an autistic woman who has worked full time for 43 years. And I never realised I’d been circumcised. UK though. So maybe it doesn’t count here.

Diversity is also more than skin, religion, culture. It’s about an amazing range of people, old, young, disability, sexuality etc etc. it’s amazing and enriching.
