Spent the last hour taking work meetings from my car because I left my work laptop at home & didn't realize it until I got to my desk. At least my supervisor said it was ok for me to work from home today so I didn't waste more time driving all the way back to the office.

I still like my new job a lot. It's probably the first time where I don't like my colleagues but upper management & my supervisor are actually super nice, understanding when things are late, ask my opinion, & are openly discussing a clear pathway for growth in the company.

I had to come to the realization this weekend that even though my waist measures at 26", I no longer fit into size 26 pants because my thighs have gotten big from rowing. I need to embrace the true pear that I am.

Maybe i wasn't ready for our generation to have kids bcuz my older brother & his wife have announced they are expecting, and if it's a girl, they are going to name her Relena. The boy name, unfortunately, is not Heero.
