Matt, the way I understand the roster regulations, Joyner can be put onto the roster, but then cannot be taken back off at that point.

That’s an interesting theory. It’s definitely a darker shade of blue than River Blue, but I would love it if they have some blue in the new kit regardless of the exact shade.

The way I read it is that slots 21-24 either have to be players at the minimum senior salary or homegrown players subject to the homegrown subsidy.
