Pacific gold beef jerky is a personal fave. I also like turkey chomp sticks.

If you have chicken deli meat, lettuce, and assorted fillings, you can make a great wrap as well. I love the protein/calorie ratio of deli chicken and turkey

I’ve been told that can happen, but honestly it’ll work for me. If I complete the diet, I’ll lose around 15-20lbs. I’ll have to regain at least 10lbs once I’m done to keep my doctors off my back once I get home :P

if they haven’t been covered up by tmrw morning, i’m taking them. i’m close to LA, so there’s a bunch of fire evacuees and i keep thinking abt how much of a waste this would be. i would’ve been stoked to get one of these back when i was evacuated :/
