what happened last night?

TLDR my grandmother almost died twice (she did not actually die though)

I could not control it and I don't know entirely why it happened, but it was a bit spooky, it took me like half an hour to finally break out of it

it ended like an hour later and I fell back asleep for another hour but I am still feeling the effects ‼️
