Plainclothes ICE agent stops woman following & recording him & brandishes his firearm at her. Fullerton PD cop shows up, refuses to arrest woman as she'd committed no crime...but fails to arrest ICE agent for brandishing a weapon.

1. DHS/CBP/ICE are police in all but name and they should be abolished
2. If you disagree with point 1, what are city and state police doing to protect you from DHS/CBP/ICE?
