Basically you disassemble the TV, use the meter to find the capacitor(s) that aren't in range, buy new ones that's the same capacity (super cheap), use a soldering iron to heat the solder and remove the old ones, and replace and resolder (making sure the positive/negative are lined up)

Eh, it's really not *too* bad with tools and some electronics experience (but I already knew how to solder and had to buy an "ESR Meter" from Amazon ($160) to identify the faulty capacitor). If that's the issue, an electronics repair shop should be able to do it pretty easily.

I've fixed a few LCD TVs (well, 2 TVs and monitor) and all 3 times the issue was a cheap capacitor failing. De-soldering and replacing it fixed them, and they're still going strong. My shitty Vizio TV is almost 11 years old at this point lol

Finished this yesterday, and loved it 🥹 I've been unfairly avoiding manhwa (except Solo-Leveling so far) because scrolling vertically and color art seemed "weird" at first compared to reg. manga (dumb reasons, I know), but obvs. need to change that.
