I’m just gonna say it.

The lessons from the COVID-19 pandemic have taught us this. People generate and inhale infectious aerosol when breathing, speaking, singing and shouting.

So every HCW should use proper respiratory protection when caring for a patient

This is my worst fear. My immunity for measles has waned and my doctors have told me I can not take the MMR. I am immune suppressed. It's scary bc it's so contagious.

So every time, every place you wear a mask helps normalize mask wearing, which keeps spaces safer for everyone. It’s a virtuous circle.
