My MCAS is so severe it made me develop other autoimmune diseases and really is the core of my LC. I’ve learned so much about MCAS because mast cells are the first line of defense of our immune system and when they go haywire it really impacts the entire bodies energy system

Yeah it’s actually really hard to treat . Antihistamines help a lot but so many of us are on multiple prescribed and non prescribed meds to try and control it . @erincandy.bsky.social introduced me to nettle root which helps mine. Going to trial rutin next . Already on fexofenadine famotidine vit c
