I was going to make some ginger snaps but the butter was not soft enough so I went with this, smelt amazing. My husband said he enjoyed it. He took it to work. One of those I am bored bakes 🤍

Ends are great for toast I agree. In my job though I rarely get toast. I can’t eat breakfast first thing, then I am out in my car all day. So anything toasted is a treat saved for my weekends off 🤍

Oh I am going to have to try that one day.
Growing up I wouldn’t eat the ends of a loaf, got told it would make your hair curly 🤣 now it’s my fav part and eat it before anyone else gets it 😋

I do like open 😂 these are handy for those times you need to cut them in to pretty little triangle sandwiches. Not that we do that often these days 😂

Yes we are in UK. No we don’t celebrate thanks giving here. I have 65 cupcakes to make for a party Friday night. My happy place is in the kitchen cooking and baking.

We do. Just been emotionally busy with Dad & Son both being in hospital one after the other and the after care. Hopefully now things will settle down. Your tabby is gorgeous btw.
